We are delighted to share that our group successfully hosted the international conference SPE 2025 – Sustainable Printed Electronics: Sustainability and Challenges, held at the KEDEA Building in Thessaloniki, from September 23rd to 25th, 2025
The event was organised by EXELISIS and supported by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and AXIA Innovation, who are partners of the SaP EU project.
SPE2025 brought together researchers, innovators and academic experts to explore the latest advances in sustainable materials, processes, and applications in printed and flexible electronics.
Our group members actively contributed to the event, highlighting our ongoing efforts in the fields of biopolymers, nanocomposites, and sustainable functional materials for electronics and textiles. We are especially proud of our young researchers, PhD and Master's students who showcased their research by delivering excellent talks and poster presentations.
SPE2025 was indeed an inspiring platform for exchanging ideas and emphasizing the critical role of green and circular approaches in shaping the future of printed electronics.
We thank the organizers and all participants, and we look forward to contributing again in future editions!
